The elements of weather and climate are those quantities or properties that are measured regularly. The six main elements are weather and climate are temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind, humidity, precipitation, and cloudiness. Humidity is the concentration of water vapor present in the air. Humidity depends on the temperature and pressure of the system of interest.

The second indicates an expectation of the weather conditions based on a norm. It is often said that climate is what you expect and weather is what you get!
